Flu Vaccine

Written by Sarah Castle on 13th September 2019

Hello everyone,

It's getting to that time of year where the weather is getting colder and some people can become ill. The NHS offers flu vaccinations that can help protect adults and children of the flu.

For a healthy person the flu may not pose much of a threat, and symptoms clear within a week, but for a vulnerable adult having the flu can have more severe complications.

Those working in a care setting can also be more vulnerable to getting the flu and are advised to also book themselves in for one. Please see below for more information.
