Online CBT for NHS Patients
Written by Sarah Castle on 01st October 2019
Some of you may have noticed a leaflet put through your door about an online service that helps people tackle mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, phobias and more.
This service is free to many NHS patients in the UK. By registering you can find out if you are eligible. If you are eligible then you do not need to pay for this service and if you are interested it is a good idea to give it a try as the results and feedback from this service have been very positive. According to their website, 91% of their patients would recommend this service and they have helped over 28,000 people so far.
As this is an online service, there is no need to worry about meeting someone face to face or having to reorganise your diary as it can be scheduled around your life.
Please take a look at the website below for more information how to register and the steps they take.
