Time to Change: Time to Talk Day 2016 - Thursday 4th February 2016!
We would like to invite you to take part in the Time to Talk Day 2016!
Pop in to Phoenix Support from 10 am till 2 pm on Thursday 4th February for a free cuppa tea, some biscuits and the opportunity to have a chat about Mental Health with your peers and Service Users!
Join others and let's get the nation talking about mental health to help end the misconceptions around it!
Mental health problems affect 1 in 4 people every year, yet too often people are afraid to talk about their experiences because they fear it will affect their jobs or relationships. That’s not right and it’s why we need your help to break the silence and end the stigma.
We look forward to you joining us on Thursday 4th February!
Please contact the office for more information: 01622 682 535
