Staff

We employ a team of highly trained staff all of whom have, or are working towards, a Diploma in Health and Social Care.

We pride ourselves on staying ahead and were ready to deliver changes before they came in all our new staff are required to undertake the Care Certificate qualification prior to active commencement in role.

This is then consolidated in practise with observations and assessments, by a Project Co-ordinator. We organise and run in-house training and development for all our staff that evolves with changes in practise and legislation, our staff are required to complete all statutory training courses.

General Manager
Annick has recently joined Phoenix Support as a General Manager. Annick’s role is to manage all processes and operations of the Company. She is managing and supporting all Phoenix Team. Annick has great experience in Care sector. She likes meeting with different vibrant team members at Phoenix, who are doing amazing work with our Service Users. Annick also enjoys seeing people progressing in their journey with us and getting control back over their life. Overall, Annick likes to work with people toward a common goal and seeing it through!
Carrie Marshall

Client Finance
Carrie has been part of Phoenix since February 2017 and joined as a Support Worker. Carrie has a finance background which leads her to the progression as a Tenants Finance Officer. With her background and the love of her job as a Support Worker, she feels she now has the best in both roles, as she deals with anything to help tenants with their finance to supporting them with correspondence and advice. Together with support workers and service users, Carrie helps them have a better understanding of their financial needs which helps promote independent living.
Tiarnan O'Shea

Tiarnan O'Shea

Business Development Manager
Tiarnan’s role is to maintain and enhance the existing services and develop additional services driven by demand and need. Tiarnan works closely with the Administrative team and the General Manager, to overcome any issues or opportunities presented to Phoenix. He is currently meeting all the service users and support staff in order to develop positive relationship for the future. Tiarnan is also currently completing his NVQ level 3 in Management and hopes to bring new skills and ideas to his current job role that he will receive from this qualification.

Recruitment Administrator
Anja has recently joined Phoenix Support and is a part of the new Recruitment team. She also deals with general admin queries and is in the office to help anyone with any questions they might have.
Roger Harden

Roger Harden

Operations Manager
Roger's role is to oversee the general operations of the company, including referrals, assessments, and new placements. Supervising and supporting all team leaders in their respective roles is also a major part of this role. Roger works closely with Annick Guirate and the office admin team and has regular communication with the landlord at Accommodations Yes. Roger liaises regularly with both the learning disabilities team and the mental health team and attends reviews as required. He is also responsible for auditing each service looking at outcomes and preparing for inspections by CQC. Roger has regular input from service users and their families and has worked for the company for 12 years. What does Roger enjoy about his job? Meeting up with service users and seeing continuous progress and goals being achieved.

Services Manager
Bex has been working within the care industry for 10 years, including palliative care. Bex's role within the company is to support service users to the best of her abilities to promote independence and quality of life.
