Staff

We employ a team of highly trained staff all of whom have, or are working towards, a Diploma in Health and Social Care.

We pride ourselves on staying ahead and were ready to deliver changes before they came in all our new staff are required to undertake the Care Certificate qualification prior to active commencement in role.

This is then consolidated in practise with observations and assessments, by a Team Leader. We organise and run in-house training and development for all our staff that evolves with changes in practise and legislation, our staff are required to complete all statutory training courses.

Annick Guirate

Annick Guirate

General Manager
Annick has recently joined Phoenix Support as a General Manager. Annick’s role is to manage all processes and operations of the Company. She is managing and supporting all Phoenix Team. Annick has a great experience in Care sector. She likes meeting with different vibrant team members at Phoenix, who are doing an amazing work with our Service Users. Annick is also very much enjoys seeing people progressing in their journey with us and getting control back over their life. Overall, Annick likes to work with people toward a common goal and seeing it through!
Roger Harden

Roger Harden

Operations Manager
Roger's role is to over see the general operations of the company, including referrals, assessments and new placements. Supervising and supporting all team leaders with their respective roles, is also a major part of this role. Roger works closely with Michelle Elliott and the office admin team and has regular communication with the landlord at Accommodations Yes. Roger liaises regularly with both the learning disabilities team and the mental health team and attends reviews as required. He is also responsible for auditing each service looking at outcomes and preparing for inspections by CQC. Roger has regular input with service users and their families and has worked for the company for 9 years. What does Roger enjoy about his job? Meeting up with service users and seeing continuous progress and goals being achieved.
Kerry McAllister

Kerry McAllister

Office Manager
Kerry joined the company just over a year ago and her role is being responsible for HR support and all office administration, she really enjoys the interaction with the service users coming into the office . Kerry works closely with the Operations manager to ensure the smooth running of the office. Kerry is currently completing a NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration and hopes to progress further on to complete a CIPD course in Human Resources.
Irina Treikale

Administrator
Irina has recently joined Phoenix Support as an Administrator. Her responsibilities are closely connected with arranging Staff training. She is providing both clerical and administrative support to Phoenix Support team. She is involved with the implementation of the office procedures. Irina is enjoying working with the great staff and meeting our Service Users.
Glinys Terry

Glinys Terry

Tenants Finance
Glinys’ role is to help the service users manage their money and pay their bills. She has worked in the organisation for 7 years and is based at Head Office.
Debi Webb

Debi Webb

Team Leader
Debi joined Phoenix Support in 2009 when the organisation was called the O'Shea Partnership, and was a senior at Bucklands. Debi left the organisation but returned in 2013 to be a Team Leader for 2 of our houses and our Outreach service. Debi has worked and cared for others since she left school and is very passionate about her work. She loves making a different to other people's lives!
David Dale

David Dale

Team Leader
Dave is our Outreach Team Leader, he has not been with the company for very long, but has made an impact. Dave is very skilled and has lots of experience that has bought a lot to the role. He thoroughly enjoys supporting Service Users, particularly to their dedicated gym sessions!
Tracey Mansell

Team Leader
Tracey Mansell is a Team Leader. Although she has not worked for Phoenix Support for long, she previously has three years experience with residential dementia care. Tracey has a Diploma 2 in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards her level 3.
Tracey (DORIS) Hunt

Tracey (DORIS) Hunt

Team Leader
Tracey has worked for Phoenix Support for just over a year, but has previously worked as a HCA for many years prior to this. Her role as Team Leader ensures that her Service Users are supported in the best possible way. Tracey is the Team Leader in one of our smaller homes, but she says this creates a more homely feel.
Sandie Love

Sandie Love

Team Leader
Sandie is responsible for the smooth running of any houses that she works in. The happiness, protection and safety of the service users and staff is important to Sandie, and she offers encouragement and motivation as well as providing direction, instructions and guidance to all Service Users and staff. Sandie knows each of her teams strengths and weaknesses, and works on these to ensure that the best service possible is delivered with the best possible outcomes. She listens and communicates with all, and laughs with everyone. Sandie is also skilled at problem solving and listening to staff and their ideas. Sandie also ensures that her team have had the relevant training and deliver within set timelines to the best of their abilities.

Team Leader
Bex has been working within the care industry for 10 years, including palliative care. Bex's role within the company is to support service users to the best of her abilities to promote independence and quality of life.
