Phoenix Support provide a wide range of services for people with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health issues and for ex-offenders, with support needs ranging from mild to complex.
Support can be purchased privately or via the local authority (via the KCC Supporting Independent Services and Supporting People contracts and subject to eligibility).
We work closely with our sister company, Accommodation-YES who provide social housing so where appropriate, can provide a packaged solution of accommodation and support, subject to availability.
Phoenix Support are skilled and tested at working in the most innovative and flexible of ways and are happy to provide support in the location of choice, subject to pre-placement assessment.

Phoenix Support have obtained ISO 9001 accreditation and as part of this, are committed to demonstrating a cycle of continuous improvement which involves all our staff and service users.
Our internal audit schedule ensures that we regularly monitor and evaluate our practise and we do not take anyone’s word for it, we can provide evidence of anything we say we do. We have just been reassessed and deemed fully compliant for the continuation of our accreditation, we are have been working towards the new ISO9001:2018 standard.

We are firm in our Commitment to the Care Quality Commission's drive to bring the quality of support up to the standards that should be the norm for everyone who needs it.
We work closely with Kent County Council and operate under contracts that provide frameworks for some of the supprot we deliver, to that end we have welcomed the introduction of their six ways to wellbeing to look after our staff, we offer many benefits and believe that it is part of the reason we have a great staff team who are endlessly committed to the service users, our retention is second to none.
We focus efforts on the people who keep us going and ensure that we can offer as much sdupport to the staff as is needed, we do this very openly in house and also offer a top quality Employee Assistance Program that is fully independent and free to employees and their families.
We follow a model that helps promote staff wellbeing in order to progress and develop the service we deliver.
We are conscious of our full safety responsibilities and do not take these lightly, they are not a burden for us, they form part of our culture, right the way through the company, we have our in house Safety Advisor who is a professional member of the Institute of Safety & Health and monitors our progress involving everyone with effective and safe leadership and change.
We will be introducing, progressive internal and accredited training courses for all our staff in Health & Safety to ensure the golden thread carries on through the company to a safer service and a safer workplace.
