Seeking Support Workers

Support Worker

We are currently looking for a bank (zero hours) and 35 hours Support Worker positions. 

You will be required to provide Clients/Service Users with learning Disabilities who live within the community, a service that meets their individual needs, undertake an active role in enabling and supporting each individual to achieve and develope their own goals and to maximize their independence to the best of their potential and work in a manner that promotes respect, individuality, choice and people's rights.

Essential Skills:

• Friendly and approachable mannerism
• The ability to be tactful and sensitive at all times
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• NVQ Level 2 in Health& Social Care (or other related qualifications) or willing to work towards this qualification
• Previous experience of working with people, preferably in the caring capacity
• Ability to engage with Clients/Service Users with learning Disabilities

Domiciliary Support Worker

We are currently looking for 35 hours Domiciliary Support Worker positions. 

You will be required to provide Clients/Service Users who live within the community, a service that meets their individual needs, undertake an active role in enabling and supporting each individual by completing personal care tasks and work in a manner that promotes respect, individuality, choice and people's rights.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health& Social Care (or other related qualifications) or willing to work towards this qualification
