Training

Professional Training for all our Staff

Exceptional Courses delivered for exceptional outcomes

Phoenix Support believe that to deliver excellent outcomes for the people using our services, staff must be highly trained and as such we have developed a training schedule that goes beyond minimum requirements.

Staff Training - We have our very own Training and Activity Centre where we hold all training sessions for staff. We work with a variety of different training providers to ensure staff are trained efficiently for their roles. We also have in house trainers where our own staff members have taken part in 'Train the Trainer' schemes. This not only provides excellent training but also gives further opportunities to staff to become one of our very own trainers!
