Phoenix Support provide a wide range of services for people with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health issues and for ex-offenders, with support needs ranging from mild to complex.
Support can be purchased privately or via the local authority (via the KCC Supporting Independent Services and Supporting People contracts and subject to eligibility).
We work closely with our sister company, Accommodation-YES who provide social housing so where appropriate, can provide a packaged solution of accommodation and support, subject to availability.
Phoenix Support are skilled and tested at working in the most innovative and flexible of ways and are happy to provide support in the location of choice, subject to pre-placement assessment.

Phoenix Support have obtained ISO 9001 accreditation and as part of this, are committed to demonstrating a cycle of continuous improvement which involves all our staff and service users.
Our internal audit schedule ensures that we regularly monitor and evaluate our practise and we do not take anyone’s word for it, we can provide evidence of anything we say we do. We have just been reassessed and deemed fully compliant for the continuation of our accreditation, we are have been working towards the new ISO9001:2018 standard.
